Right now I am working buyers that need a luxury home READY and perfected. Our focus is coming to Coffee Pot and Snell Isle. We need at least 4 bedrooms, above 3900 s.f., and a pool. Inside the Kitchen and master bedroom must be fresh and current. They love "green" details. Architecture must be newer or modern. Waterfront MUST be expansive like a bay or open water. They want a boat dock.
Their budget is approx 1.5 Million and possibly higher for perfection.
